5:30–6:00pm: Setup and collect card fees—Please arrive
                           before 6:00.

6:00–8:45pm*: Play the duplicate session^†.

8:45–9:00pm*: Score entry, Clean up, and Results
                            announcements.

9:00–9:15pm*: Lesson hand review with the director.

 

* Times are approximate

^† Play normally ends between 8:30 and 9:00. Other
    activities follow briskly.
